Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Epic Distributors. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines the details for processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.

Shipping Options & Costs

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose from the available shipping options. Please select the method that best suits your needs.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.

Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, typically Monday.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at the time of order placement, as we are unable to make changes once the order is confirmed. Kindly note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that your package may incur import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order, as these fees can be substantial and we are unable to estimate them.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
