Thank you for purchasing our products here at Epic Distributors Tauranga. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can Return  Refund get your money back no questions asked.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

For a product to be eligible to be returned under our Money Back Guarantee Policy, the product:

• Must be in a re-saleable condition
• Must be unused and in its original packaging (if sold packaged)
• Must not be listed under the Money Back Guarantee Exceptions below, and
• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Money Back Guarantee Exceptions

The following items are exceptions to the Money Back Guarantee. These items cannot be returned if you change your mind.
This does not impact your rights where a product may be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied as described below.
